Shortly after leaving this review, the salesman started texting, swearing and threatening me. I've called the cops.
We had a wonderful experience buying from Lone Star Auto Dept. I was very nervous about buying a car online and out of state. Sterling was MORE than accommodating and answered all of my questions. He even took the time to take additional pictures of the vehicle to ease my mind. Our Expedition is exactly as described, and we couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a no-hassle experience, this is the place.
I normally won't talk with dealerships because they always pull this crap but they posted on craigslist under "owner" not "dealer" and I liked the bogus price they gave me.
These guys are great. This was the most convenient car buying experience I've ever had. I dealt with Barton and Chris and both were awesome and very helpful.
Chris and his team helped me with the purchase of my new BMW! They are a very professional and trustworthy dealership. This dealership has excellent taste when choosing affordable vehicles. They are put my plates on my vehicle as well. Their communication is excellent. They are the bomb!!!
It was the SAME CAR.
I was quoted a price over the phone, he said "$6200 out the door". 2 days later (my next day off), I'm getting ready to drive all the way out to round rock and I decide to call first because it's almost an hour ride. "Oh well no, uh I said $7000 and I'm gonna have to add taxes on top of that. Plus, the battery went bad. So now its $8000 plus taxes and title and..."
Had the best service, they got me the car I was looking for fast. I honestly think they are AMAZING :)
